The 2025 Season

  1. Download the Squadi App
  2. Sign Up or Log in as the Parent/Guardian
  3. Register yourself or a family member as a Player
  4. Enter any discount or voucher codes
  5. Select method of payment.
  6. Complete payment in Squadi (covers club and FQ governing body fees)
  7. UPDATE: 2nd December – Follow the mandatory prompt to LetsPlayFootball registration page
  8. Wait for the Club to announce 2025 training days and other news via email or the app notification

This 2025 season, Football Queensland is doubling down on the utilisation of their Squadi phone app for all aspects of competition including:

  • Competition registration
  • Player, Coach, Manager, Volunteer & Referee Registration
  • Fee Payment
  • Team Communications
  • Match Calendar and Player Availability
  • Referee Allocations
  • A Club’s online store.

2025 Step 2: Registration Checklist

Visit – Applying for and using FairPlay vouchers | Recreation, sport and arts | Queensland Government (www.qld.gov.au)

Once you receive the voucher code, enter it into the Player’s registration and apply before paying fees.

All players get as part of the registration fee:

✅ Socks,

✅Playing Shorts, and

✅Training Shirts as the bare minimum.

  • Coles MiniRoos Players (U6 to U12) also receive a ✅training ball to take home and bring to training.
  • Higher Division Junior Players & all Senior Players may be issued a ☑️Polo Shirt to wear to games.

All players must supply their own soccer boots and shin guards (guards can be purchased through our online store).
